The aim is to promote and strengthen empathy. A place where people learn to recognize, understand and be mindful of their own feelings and the feelings of others. Moduls

Solo

The focus is on self-reflection and recognizing, perceiving and reflecting on one's own feelings. This helps to develop a deeper understanding of your own emotional landscape. Self-awareness is promoted and trained using two different modules and forms the basis for emphatic interactions.

Duo

The one-to-one module focuses on interpersonal communication and building empathic connections. In these exercises, participants learn active listening, compassion and the exchange of perspectives. Through structured dialogues, they learn to respond to the feelings and needs of the other person and to express their own emotions clearly and understandingly in order to experience a deeper empathy for the different realities of the other person's life.

Multi

In group work, the focus is on cooperation, collaboration and building a sense of community. Through joint tasks and discussions, unity and inclusive interactions are promoted. This station offers the opportunity to apply empathy in a wider social context to create a harmonious and supportive environment.
